What you'll need

A current and active tobacco license for your state (also called a vapor, e-cig or OTP license).
Your FEIN letter (IRS CP-575 or 147C) and a copy of the owner's photo ID.
A sales tax permit or resale certificate.
Multiple stores? We need documents for each address we ship to — extra locations can be verified after approval.

We do not ship to residential addresses or to businesses without a brick-and-mortar location.

Sales tax permit

State sales & use tax registration, certificate of authority, or resale certificate for this location.
